Steve is a Managing Director at Broadview Group where he focuses on deepening and developing partnerships across various stakeholders.
Prior to joining Broadview, Steve spent most of his career in externally facing strategic sales and relationship-oriented business development roles. In his most recent position, Steve led the growth for Kinavic Leadership Acceleration, a talent advisory start-up, and prior to that, spent ten years in senior business development roles growing the St. Louis, Chicago, Minneapolis and other markets for North Highland, a global management consulting firm. Earlier in his career, Steve held operations, finance and client-facing roles at IBM, Centene and Accretive Health.
Steve earned his BSBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his MBA from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
