Andrew serves as Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Broadview Group, where he oversees the company’s consolidated financial and accounting functions. He collaborates closely with portfolio company CFOs on key financial initiatives and supports due diligence efforts for investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Broadview, Andrew held accounting and finance roles at Xplor Technologies, a private equity backed global software company, and Centene Corporation, a Fortune 25 healthcare enterprise. In his most recent role as Group Finance Controller at Xplor Technologies, he was responsible for the financial consolidation of the global business across multi-continental operations for entities in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia and led the group accounting team for the corporate division. Previously, Andrew worked at Ernst and Young for eight years in both the assurance practice and strategy & transactions practice. Within the strategy & transactions practice, he focused on buy/sell side quality of earnings and using advanced analytics to blend financial and operational data to support private equity clients on diligence, integration and value creation within their portfolio companies.
Andrew graduated from the University of Missouri where he earned his BS in Accounting and Master of Accountancy.
